About these terms

These terms apply when you use shoppingfreshhub.com or place an order with Shopping Fresh Hub, 2838 Garden River Ln, Richmond, TX 77406, USA (+1 281-633-8473, support@shoppingfreshhub.com). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy and refund and return policy.

Orders and payment

Checkout sends us your order details. It is not a payment. Within one business day we email a secure payment link for the order total, shipping and any sales tax. A contract forms when you complete payment and we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any amount already paid.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is not included in product prices and is added on the payment link based on the delivery address. For Texas addresses, this is the 6.25% state rate plus any local tax, up to 8.25% in total. Tax for other states is charged where required.

Promo code and fresh drop

FRESH10 gives 10% off eligible items. It does not apply to gift cards, shipping or the fresh drop of the day, and it cannot be combined with other offers. The fresh drop gives 15% off one physical product and changes at midnight Central Time. We may change or end promotions at any time, but not after you have placed an order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Physical items are packed within one business day of payment. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days and costs $6.95, free on orders of $57 or more after discounts. Express takes 1 to 3 business days and costs $16.95. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take a few days longer. If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will tell you and offer a choice to cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Gift cards and digital codes are emailed, usually within a few hours of payment.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors and packaging can vary slightly from photos. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product. Supplements and personal care products are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition; check with your doctor if you have health concerns. Fire safety products help reduce risk but do not replace calling 911.

Gift cards and digital codes

Third-party gift cards and software subscriptions are subject to the terms of their issuers (such as Netflix, Amazon, Cinemark, Airbnb, Visa, Mastercard, Babbel, Rosetta Stone, Norton and McAfee). We do not charge any fees on gift cards. Keep codes safe, as they work like cash.

Using our website

Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. Text, design and the Shopping Fresh Hub logo belong to us. Product names and brands belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or waives your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved with a quick call or email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
